bought new carb old was wrong carb it would start first pull but could not get it to idle down. put on new carb will not start. pull rope and cable for decompression cable r mess up some has open it before tried to get the flywheel off nut would not move it also 100 degress outside did not try to hard

How did you try to get the flywheel off? Did you use a flywheel puller tool?

It called a pulley puller. Yes would used one if needed. I could not get the nut bust loose but do not need worry it running.

Its always something like that it seems, one stupid connection that takes time to find. Glad to hear its running!

It a honda flywheel puller. its doent work on anything else.
