Im thinking about putting a dg exhaust on my 200x, and a k&n filter with a pre-charger and taking the air filer cover off, what should I re-jet the carb at (Main and Pilot) to compinsate for the mods Thanks!!

What year is the 200x and is it a stock carb?
It's also kind of hard to say because it will also depend on your altitude. Basically I would go up 2 sizes from your jet you have now and do a plug chop to see what color it is.

U will either have a 108 or 110 factory first is to find out what you are running In it before anything.
Ok Ill take it out tomorrow and see what I have, and my altitude is about 650 feet

If its an 83 your stock main is a 110. Try a 112 and see if that works. You don't need to touch your pilot. It should be fine.
