I am going to buy a pre-filter for my k&n filter on my 350x and just wanted to make sure the filter I have is for the 350 and not one of their universal ones. The reason for this is when ordering the pre filter you use the filter part number. I measured it and the diameter is 4 inches on both ends and is about 5.5 inches long. This sound right?

I have a k&n filter on my 350x.I ordered the pre-filter from outerwears,but didn't get the waterproof one(gettin 1 on the project though).You shouldn't have to measure,they already have one to fit the 350x with a k&n filter.If you want a waterproof one make sure you tell them that,otherwise they will send you a normal one.

Thanks for the relpy but i'm not sure if the k&n I have is for the 350 since it came with the bike. I'm pretty sure it's the correct one though.
