what type of 86 T3 pipe is this

i was told it is a PSI pipe. it looks really custom and would be very nice jet coated. I have not run it yet but i plan to try it out next week.

Only other thing I know of that it might be is Bassani.

looks alot like the bassani pipes ive seen. but i dont know if thats what it is.
