Hello all. I recently got ahold of an 85 big 250. First three days ran great. Fired right up no problem today, will not spark at all. I have no clue. Put voltmeter on wires going to ign coil and its getting small voltage. Any clues? Thanks

Y is it always the ez things that p's u off. Random thought to mess w kill switch fixed my problem. Thanks guy for the insight none the less. Expanded my knowledge. Thanks.
Take your run/stop switch off and drop it in a container full of rubbing alcohol. Let it soak for a while. Actuate the switches over and over. Pull it out, blow it dry inside and out and let it air dry overnight. Those mechanical switches get full of crap and corrosion. The alcohol works good to clean the contacts up and leaves no residue.
Those darn kill switches... They will get ya!
