wow, if it was me, I would take the top end to an engine machine shop and see what the guy says. I was asking about my Honda 300 kit, and he said wiseco will make any piston, just might cost you alot. I didnt think a 300 kit was worth all that money at the time, but Im going to keep it around for a rainy day.

    Parts.

Sudco Racing was the last one I have seen that had any Mugen ATC parts left for sale. Try there closeout website it has a few parts listed, I called them and spoke to one gentleman who said they had a lot of mismatched parts for the old Mugen motor kits, but this was over a year ago. Good luck.

The Mugen 360 cylinders are chrome plated. If the plating is bad, there are places that can replate them. Wiseco can make the pistons for them but I think they will only do 10 or more on a run, however they can also direct you to a guy that has them made and he sells them. My son went through all of this a few years back. It's sort of a hassle but it is possible to do.

It's well worth rebuilding. It's an awesome piece of trike history. I'd love to get my hands on one eventually.

They're really neat. The big bore Mugen kit is 360cc and includes a stroked crank and machined cases to accept the large sleeve. its a package. whatever you do, if you dont rebuild it and lose interest, sell the whole motor together. bottom end, cylinder, crank, and head. dont sell the top end separately, its useless without the crank.

might want to get in contact with 88turbocoupe on a-i-r-f-o-o-l-e-r-s.com. last i heard he had some real big slugs from some rare air s

where are you located? i sold my Mugen 360 last year and have been pretty bummed ever since

Turbocoupe has not logged in on AF in over a year. He did have some oem pistons for the 300 kits.

I believe WOSSNER will make as few as four pistons in a custom size
