Here they are picked them up one running but needed a chain took the cover off and put the chain and tightened the tensior up a little. Runs great. For giggles i decided to see if the one for parts would run since its complete took some start fluid and fired up. cleaned the carb and found the floats off and at the bottom so I assume thats why it was parts didnt know what was wrong with it. But now I'm wondering whats with the axels I think there the same years but diffrent rear axels? and what year are they?

The axle with the "finer" splines is a later model rear axle. The other axle with the "wide" splines, is a us90 rear axle.

Anybody know what year of heads will fit on these bikes? I need a new one. And might be looking for a aggressive cam for it.

Why do you want to put an "aggressive" cam in a 90? How aggressive? You will cause yourself problems. Pretty much any atc90 or early atc110 (without cdi) would fit.
