I got to heat up the seat pan and re adjust it so it sits a little closer and I might trim the plastic right where it meets up with gas tank. Other then that I think it turned out pretty good what you guys think?
I think it looks awesome. Much better than the 1st gen rear fenders. I'm looking into 250R and 2nd gen 200x rear fenders for my 1st gen since I'm buying a 250R front fender, and my stock rear fenders have a chunk missing out of 1 side about 2 inches wide and 9 inches long.

I actually found a pic of 250R rear fenders on a 1st gen 200x but I don't remember where I found it! Its also really small, but, its the best I could find. Here it is:

So then you can still use the stock first gen 200X seat?

What holes have to be drilled?

I just lined up the seat to the fender and drilled the holes. It turned out suprisingly well and it's nice to use the stock seat.
