recently my r would not start after a day of riding. i held the spark plug next to the block while having my buddy kick the trike over a few times, i didnt see any spark from the plug at all. could it be the coil? i dont have a tester to check the resistance of the coil and what it should be at, but what are some other possabilities besides that..the stator? on off switch?

Go buy yourself a 30-40$ multimeter and OHMM out the coil.
It's a Honda, I expect a loose wire to be the culprit but who knows??
