Unbelievable week with bartering on CL
Hello to all, I'm Jimmy new to the form. I just have to tell you what a week I had on bartering on CL.
Monday traded a ATC110 foot peg and muffler for 3 9" rims for my Big Red 250es. Left with rims and atc110 motor with trans and chain, 200 tank and a wire harness for a 20o. All for just peg and muffler. Posted motor on CL Monday night.
Tuesday traded 110 motor for nearly new pushmower and an electric pressure washer and a 3hp briggs horizontal shaft. Posted 3hp Tuesday night.
Wednesday traded 3hp motor for 2 new 25x12x9 tires, left there with tires, 200e motor, plastics and all cables,cdi, wireharness and extra hubs.
Thursday called on a CL add for a 200 frames. Guy told me $50 for a rolling frame or "just bring me something I would like".
Saturday picked up 200 frame for the nearly new pushmower and left with roller frame, brake levers, motor mounts and a new internal shift rod for my Big Red. It's midnight and the frame has been pressure washed and the moor from Wednesday set in place. Will get it mounted tomorrow and if the wife lets me have 4 hrs, this might be fired up.
Wow what a week!
Another 3 wheeler and no cash out of pocket.
