Is there anyway to fix stripped fork threads were the axle screws into? My front wheel was loose and i went to tighten the axle and the threads in the forks are beat.

I did the same on the Big Red and never got round to fixing it. Somebody may shout at me for assuming this as I am not sure that it can be done with such a large diameter, but could it be helicoiled??

Teaching quads a lesson
I got a helicoil kit to repair it. my atc250r was a 14mm 1.5 pitch, don't know what a a zinger is, probably the same. I think the kit was $50
