How you doing I have a 1983 ATC 110 That I just got going an having some tech problems with. First problem is that It will run but wont hold Idel and it will rev up and it will take less then min to slow down and it wants to Idel then it will slowly creep and stall. I tryed adjusting carb that didnt help. I need adviice in this matter to solve my problem.

Run some transmission fluid down your throttle cable, wait for it to drip out of the line. Doesnt matter which end you start on. open your carb up, jiggle the floats around? Spray some carb cleaner in all of the jets.
It will work eventually. How long has it been sitting?

Its been sitting for years Im actually happy it started but thanks i will hve to try that I did before but will do again and keep working on it.

If it's revving up, and then dying off, I'd suspect a dirty carb. A lean condition will make it rev up like that. give the carb a good cleaning, be sure the cable isnt getting stuck or anything and see how it does.

any carb thats been sitting for any length of time should be cleaned before you do anything. air filter too.
