a little advice for swapping 200x front end

hey there everone i have an AWESOME bit of advice for you. okay so my girl recently crashed my 200x and it tumbled 30-40 times down a mountain. so after following the debris field i found it in a gulley very injured. the worst was the entire fron end (forks, tree, bars, all levers) were destroyed. so i was looking for an alternative front end and HERE WE GOOOOOOOOO....

i have an 86 250r parts bike for my two 250r's i have that are pristine.

i bet ya didnt know that an 85/86 250r front end is compatable on a 200x!

the entire fron end including the tree and bearings will fit directly in the neck of a 200x as long as you use the bearing cups from the neck of a
    250r.

oh and use the neck cap that goes under the bar clamp from the 200x it seals the gap perfect..

    i swear it!!

this front end gives the 200x a super nice stance and a way plush ride compared to those old 31mm crap they come with.

    TRY IT.

yeah yeah and the 2nd gen 250r it a direct match for a 200x i believe. the only problem at all with the 86 r front end on the 200x is there is not a steering stop system yet. coming soon!

Steering stem stop system currently in place: tank haha.

I ground down my bump stop so it the bars almost touch the tank but it's still pretty bad
