a good friend of mine has a 86 250R he is selling for $1500.. he told me it was mine for $1000 and said it has 2 sets of axles/tires; spare hus and headgaskets. He said the only thing that it needs is a coil. He mentioned he got it off a friend that bought it brand new. is $1000 a good price for an 86R??? the only problem is that i have no $$$$ but may be able to borrow some from my dad.

I would say it sounds good if it is in good shape. I bought a coil for my 85 last summer from the Honda dealer and it was only $55.
