hey would you be able to put Two rachet gear spring instead of just having one spring so the kicker gear dont strip cause of the one rachet spring thats's in it
so there would be two springs instead of one rachet spring. Cause i have a spare one
would this work?

Kits were offered to fix the kicker issue but are hard pressed to find.
Some guys stretch the spring, I doubt 2 springs would work because that spring has a job, If it were too strong, you would round off the kicker gears.
Back-cutting the gear and a shim on the internal shaft seem to be the best repair.
