"Yamahauler" Starter Cord Length?
We had the original, but it was in REALLY bad shape, installed new one, ripping off all the time and we ended up throwing it away. I was hoping to buy just a simple piece of rope that's enough to fit in and cut it down to the Original Length. So... Anyone know how long the 200e Starter Pull Cord Length is?(to be more specific, a 1984 Yamaha 200e Tri-Moto)

just put a rope thats really long in the coil .tighten up the spring, and see how much the spring will take back in. very simple

just wrap it around the pulley till it is almost flush with the top and then allow about 4" more for the handle... good luck
