8 just picked up an 82 honda 110 from a guy for 300 bucks. He ran it a little but said it needs carb work, it has not ran sice i got it home.

4 Wheels? Huh?
Pull the carb, clean the jets real good and put it back together. Toss in a new plug, and see if she will fire up.
