    my new custom 90 + 110

"radrandy" hooked me with this these two trikes a green US90 and TONs of parts. i have a nicholson chrome frame 110 that keeps up with my buddies 200x (til he hits 5th gear) and it sounds about the same! it has tons of torque. pulls a wheelie shifting in to 2nd even leaning on it. its a really cool contrast to a Us90 with old balloon tires! i dont know whats inside the motor, but it has a 110 carb on it. it at least has cam work, maybe a bore?

havent driven the 90 yet. both have lots of little cool aftermarket parts. the 90 has more chrome. ill probably swap parts so all the best stuff is on the nicholson and then try to sell some parts, but im not in a hurry. ill try to enjoy them winter! the photos bounce back and forth from bike to bike. sorry. i have plastics for them all, but i like the old fiberglass fender on the nicholson. it needs a new finish, but someone reinforced the underneath with more fiberglass. its heavy but strong. i need to swap a seat cover also.

I can't think of a nicer guy to have sold them to. I know you will take them to the next level and thats cool. Be sure to tell everyone about your first attempt at the clutch dump take off I showed you

Here are the pics of my Nicholson frame that has the 70 tank mounts. If you see a pic of zeekers frame, he has the standard 90/110 tank mounts. Now the 70 tank mount frame still used the 90/110 rear fenders. The 78-85 tank is the one you want to use. I don't think you can fit an early tank (73-74) on a later frame or vice versa, but I could be wrong as I've never personally tried to do it. I know the 70 tank is smaller, so weight savings and they just looked pretty cool mounted on the hardtail frame, but I'm sure one or 2 of these set ups were used in competition. Nick Nicholson, a true pioneer. I can't thank him enough for all he did in the sport of 3 wheeling.

nice trike's web. i love these old school racers. i recently acquired one myself and have been on the fence as to wether to do it up or part it out. seeing this makes me wanna run outside and slap a motor in it. i have a decent 70 tank i may part with if your gonna try to find one for your nick. i think i'll head out and work towards a roller. good luck with these and post lotsa pics!

Looks like I'll have to rethink a few 110's that are collecting dust.
