Hey there. Just a tip, check and make sure your exhaust flange bolt holes were not drilled too deep and into the water jacket. If you already have coolant in it, just pull all 3 bolts and see if coolant comes out. If nothing, you are good to go. If you get coolant, drain it all out, thoroughly dry the bolt holes, apply 3-Bond to all 3 bolts and re-install them. Let the 3-bond cure for a couple hours before refilling with coolant.

If you have this problem and don't address it, coolant will eventually seep past your exuast flange o-rings, into the pipe and then conesequently into your engine. Coolant in cylinder=bad ju-ju!

thanks for the heads up I will check that. Your 3 wheeler video on youtube is the reason I did this lol. Yours sounds wicked. I am going to put coolant in this weekend. It has trx 9 porting. Im not sure what pipe that I have. I hope it works with the porting I chose. If not I will get the atc 5. I just liked the looks of the coned pipe..
