i only run NGK an any motor and i use the BR8ES ones only. there si a race plug that is simular dimensios and has a larger copper core, but they are liek $6.5+ each plug and do not last that long.

I just posted this question last week and most everyone including me prefer NGK spark plugs. I am sure Honda done alot of testing before they chose this plug for their machines. I've always had good luck with NGK.

NGK all the way... I have tried others to replace them, basically because the one local auto parts store didn't carry NGK. I tried the champion equivalent, as well as the autolite, they don't last long and seem to cause stumbling and misfires at higher throttle speeds, just don't run as smoothly.

I found the local Runnings Farm Supply store has the NGK and they are fairly cheap so i bought a handful.
