I was recently stationed down in as and they always had bikes in good shape for cheap on cl
if it runs w/o any issues and is mechanically sound, then $1100 is ok. but when you go, only show him $1000 in $20's to see if he takes it over $1100. trust that $ talks.it coudl save ya the $100 and that would justify fuel costs. If he sticks to his guns, then ok hand the other $100 over.
