    help on a 85 honda 250r atc

    I just restarted my 85 honda 250r atc just to find out that all the clutch rings where stuck together so i took the cover off to find out that the oil had turn to water so i removed the cover cleaned the clutches but what oil does i use to refill the clutch side.

    I use the Honda 80 weight oil. You can get it at any atv store

    Ok is that 80 weight tranny oil or motor oil and another issue
    ts really hard to turn on.. i can kick it all day and it wont start be if i tow it then throw it in gear she starts right up any ideas for the 3 wheeler to start faster.. while kicking it..? And thanks for the help gus!!!

    Does anyone know any tricks on turning on this 3wheeler faster i can kick it all day and it wont start but if i tow it and throw it into gear it starts right up....and what type of oil does it use motore or tranny oil on the clutch cover side..im new at this.. and need some help from some gurus

    The 85/86 250r are wet clutch so all you need is the 80 weight. The engine doesn't need oil like a 4 stroke. The oil comes from the gas when you mix it. And to start it faster Did you try the choke lol?
