    Street Legal 350x

Nice looking 350x, and yes you can make a trike street legal in Phoenix and Arizona. Not sure I want to 85mph down the freeway though.

they have some decibel requirements and you have to wire in a license plate light and brake lights easy enough ive got my R setup for it other than the horn and mirror just never finished it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'd put money on it that the front tire has "Off road use only" stamped on it somewhere? Or something to that affect? Nice machine though!

All OHV's to ride in AZ or CA need a title and license plate. Every time I title a trike they ask if I want to make it street legal. I am not sure if the title has any different wording for being street legal versus ohv, I dont think it does. I do not currently have one street legal but I can look at my OHV ones when I get home. Other than the criteria identified below the difference between ohv and street legal is a decal in the upper right hand corner on the license plate.

You are correct it most likely does, however it is not a requirement. This list below is all that is required.

    http://azstateparks.com/ohv/rules.html#ohv14

At least one brake that can be operated by hand or foot,
    Brake light
At least one, but not more than two, headlights that shine at least 500 feet ahead
At least one taillight visible for at least 500 feet to the rear
At least one red rear reflector, if not part of the taillight
License plate securely fastened to the rear of the OHV
    License plate light
Horn audible from a distance of at least 200 feet
Muffler in good working order and in constant operation. Muffler cutout, bypass or similar device prohibited.
    Rearview mirror.
Seat and footrests for the operator.
    Fuel tank cap.
If you live in the Phoenix or Tucson metro areas you may also need to have your OHV emissions tested.

Don't know if it's similar, but I bought a dirt bike in Ohio, had it titled as a "motorcycle" instead of a "dirt bike" there, and when I brought it home to PA, it was street legal(after installing a dual sport kit).
