Help with atc90 exhaust identification

Trying to find out who made these two pipes. The first 3 pic are from a trike i picked up yesterday. I thought it was a dg but the heed pipe is different. It also looks alot like a phase five torque pipe but the mount on the can is different. The last two pics are from a pipe i picked up from a member here, but he didnt know what it was. i have look online and searched the few old mags i have but have had no luck so far.

2nd one looks like a pk with a CUSTOM lawn mower muffer baffle .
Not sure on the first one , maybe a jardan ?
