Well I installed the 200X swinger. Spent about 2 hours getting it to fit and line up. Not paying attention to no way to tighten the chain. Any sugguestions on this? Would really like to keep this swingarm.

sorry to side track the thread. You also have Raffa's 490, riverrat's got a 370. I heard there is a 350 somewhere out there too. I give up. If you look at my avatar, I plan on coming with a modified 250SX snow plow. The motor is top secret. lol

The races should be good. You guys will need a big track!

Keep the pics coming on the ATC80R! Looks like it should be a fun bike.

Got back to work on the 80. Built the rear shock mount and built bigger foot pegs. Today the rake gets cut and turing my bushing for the swinger. Still in need of some rear fenders so I can built the sub frame.

Got back on the 80 last night. Got the rear sub built and tacked up. Changed the front end from a leading axle to trailing. Helped out on the rake of the front end. Now i am on the hunt for a newer style trx90 seat. I am going to combine the 90 seat with the cr seat to make one mold into tank and fenders.
