ATK owner Frank White recently purchased 30+ semi truckloads of Cannondale parts. At this time though, Pegasus (owner of Cannondale I guess) still owns the Cannondale name and production rights.
Might we see a Cannondale quad wearing the ATK name-tag :?:

there was no plans of ATK to start production of c-dale's they where just going to make parts. to keep them around.
