    20s man.

22s do suck. 22, even flat they make R's feel/handle like a bag of ass. Best tires for 250Rs, OEM style, mystic triangle tread or holeshots if you like to drift for days.

I would never put 22's on my R, UNLESS I was setting it up for snow with paddles or something like that.. But that's not going to happen any time soon.

22's then drop the forks in the tripples for stockish geometry.

Sounds like you had your mind made up before you started this thread. You can put me down for another vote for 20's.

Not sure everyone knows this yet but here in the U.S ALLLLL the OHTSU OEM 20 and 22" are GONE The 1986-87 200X 1985-86 350X 22" rears, 1986 ATC250R 20" Ohtsu rears , 1983-85 200X 1985-87 250SX Ohtsu rear are now DISCONTINUED in the USA. This is weird, all these tires went discoed at the same time early in the summer. Someone had mentioned they are not making the Ohtsu tires for the USA right now for some reason. If I remember right I was told Honda is stepping up to discontinue ALL remaining ATC parts to make their warehouses more streamline ,which may account for the tires not being available now.

What about stock rear 250ex tires? Seems they would perform similarly.

your making me feel guilty about riding on the Ohtsu's I got for my R just last year, might have to put them on the shelf with the NOS Dunlops and find something else to ride on.
