'84 125m air filter.... which one???

The boys need an air filter for the 125m.
Ive searched them out...
I see the yellow foam one for about $10+ shipping
all the way to a fluted paper one for as much as $60

will the paper fluted filter fit over the filter screen support thing...??
it the paper K&N better?? do they replace the filter screen support as well??
are the foam ones better or just as good???

$ is an issue for 10 and 12 year old boys... but so is a ruined motor...

what do you think....???

Get the foam filter and if its not pre-oiled then oil it correctly and put it over the support and ride on... I never trust those paper or k&n type filters, do they flow more air? Of course... Do they flow more dirt? Of course!! I have proof to that statement.

I'd just go OEM and be done with it.

well, I decided to stop by my local dealer.... nice surprise... bagged an OEM for $20
very nice... Ill be needing to check there more often... its been a while since I was a fly
at that parts counter... awesome!
