What is the best way to get carbon out of a pipe? Looked or a thread on this but didn't see one.

You can hang it up with a propane torch blowing in it. Or in your case just talk into it for a while. That's more than enough hot air I'd say.

    Torch

Oxy acetylene torch... 2 ways to do it.
    1. Heat up the manifold end red hot and blow compressed air into it. A red ring will slowly move to the end of the pipe when all carbon is burned. I have never tried this method.

    2. Slowly heat the entire outside of the pipe (Red Hot) with the torch. (Propane works but much slower than acetylene).
I have done this and it works excellent. Start at one end and work around the entire pipe. Be patient. You know it's done when it stops smoking. You may need to prelate chrome pipes.
Blow out with compressed air and your done.
