    12volt atc 70

I want to add a 12 volt stator to my atc 70. I know if I install it ill have to shave a little bit of the case. Question if I can't find a 12 volt kit with a pull start flywheel that will take the cage of my recoil. Any xr or crf 70 or 50 stator will work its finding a flywheel with a pull start ready and staying 12 bolts like I want. And help would be great thanks

Did you check out dratv's cdi conversion kit that comes with a new flywheel and 12 lighting coil ?
I think this is the kit for the 4 speed atc .

Well I found a adaptor that can be used so I can have a 12 volt stator and flywheel on a 6 volt motor. My question is how can I get that 12v flywheel to work with my pull start and factor side cover for the recoil?

If you only want headlights, then you dont need to convert. I have a light on mine and used a 250R regulator and headlight.

I found out more info I can use the graber cage drill it out a lil bigger so it sits flush on the flywheel drill and tap new holes bolt it up with my new 6 to 12volt adaptor on the crank file away part of the case for the new Taylor and do the same to the cover. I just hope the atc cover will work cuz I know the trx was a cdi motor and that cover was a little bit bigger. Dose anyone not understand what I'm saying and if u do understand u think it will work?

The trx cover is how I adapted my Lifan, but still required modification the clear the pick up coil... There are spacers just for the recoil being sold too
No trikes. Too old, too crippled. Unless I find one I can't live without!

The battery is no big deal to mount if you still have the rear skid plate, just make a little tray to hold the small battery and stuff it up into the rear frame.
