How to (sort of) theft proof some things

Having lost an expensive kink free hose, the new one got duct tape
in a few different places when brand new.

Still there after a few years.

Put a sign up in your yard that reads "Trespassers will be shot, survivors will be shot again"

Due to the increase in ammunition prices, trespassers will no longer get a warning shot. This would be a great sign.

Kinda hillbilly, but cheap!Take a motion sensor light, like the ones in front of garages and put a plug-in in the lightsocket, install in your garage or point it at valued item. Run an extention cord to the house with a nitelight on the end. When that light goes off you know sumthin's up! Had mine color coded, red for the car, blue for the garage, white for the back door!Lights are on top of my TV. If one of those lights goes off,it lights up the whole livingroom at nite,I can see the light from my bedroom and tell exactly where you are at!Good luck!

I have my motion lights all
hooked to cheap radios so whoever walks by gets blasted with something annoying.

    Love that indicator light idea.

Now if we could get them to make a barking dog sound or 'safety clicking'.
