Question Test electric starter with battery charger?

Can I test the electric starter on my 1984 Honda 125M with an battery charger in place of a battery?

Not effectively, a battery has a the ability to sustain a load, a charger may not provide this to you depending on what type you are using... you are better off with a car battery and jumper cables in my opinion... others feel free to join in on my opinion...

it might be able to do the job, but not the best way. also if you manage to blow the fuse, it is located under the black cover on the backbone just before the battery. it's a 12v/7amp fuse.

FYI: fuse is under this cover inside the rubber boot (red wires in/out) if it hasn't been messed with.
