More than likely the root cause is a bad fuel pump diaphram...allowing fuel to fill the crankcase through the pulse line. Then, when you kick it over, it creates more than enough crankcase pressure to push all the fuel that is sitting in the cases, through the crank seals. I would say rebuild the fuel pump, AND replace both crank seals. Genuine Mikuni fuel pump rebuild kit through P/U is part# MK52, about $15. That should solve the problem. You are actually lucky you haven't broken the clutch cover or bent a rod yet, trying to start/ride it with all that fuel in the crankcase!
