I have built a zs155 motor, with a 160 crank and zs155 output shaft. 4-speed trans. 6 disk clutch. 64mm big bore kit, tb v2 head, s35 auto decompression cam, ported. I made the exhaust 1.5" 316 grade stainless steel. I have 13:1 compression and about 17 hp.
This picture is the mock up for the motor. Right now I am stretching the frame 1.5".
