The thing to know about the 85 SX is the right rear hub is part of the brake drum. The 85 rims were a deep bell rim whereas is 86, Honda stood the hub off of the brake drum allowing the use of a typical ATC/TRX stepped bell rim. Using a stepped bell rim on an 85 will cause the rim to not seat flush on the hub. The stepped bell rims dont have the depth to mount as they are supposed to.

I have bought rims for my SXs from Ricky Mountain ATV. IPT still sells deep bell rims for the 85.

Here's the tire and wheel builder for the 85.

I have bought several wheels sets from them. Great prices, fast shipping, and they come mounted and ready to bolt on.

I've wondered if 9" big red rims would fit the sx. and fit over the brake drum.

Mostly out of necessity since I have both and flats on a few of each.
