Thanks for the compliments. The way I polished the cases was simple, but took some time and elbow grease. I started with 320 grit sand paper sanding in one direction as much as possible. Wet sanding makes the paper last longer. So after 320 is 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1500, and 2000 grit. Hit it with some aluminum Polish paste and Boom!.Here's a couple more pics of the case.

If you don't mind me asking, how did you have your front axle made? That's the biggest thing holding my build up is I need a front axle that fits my forks

Thanks... I had an axle made by a friend who works in a machine shop. I have to drill out my forks to fit yet.

Ah ok. Did you get it made to fit the 110 bearings? I have no qualm (did I use qualm right?) about drilling out my forks even though they are old Suzuki pieces. That would probably be the best route to go so it doesn't have to have a couple different step down to it

Yup. Used the 3x100 hub. It's axle is thicker than the 4x130.

Ok AWESOME! Thank you very much! Now i know: 1) why that first bearing set i got had bearings that were too small for my axle, and 2) what to do for the axle I need!

Holy hell, that's badass to the bone! Very nice build, man! I never like that kinda handle bar on a motorcycle, but they really look slick on there, very nice!!

Very nice build. I am thinking of doing a custom jobber form ground up using a modern pit bike frame as a design base and a 140-180cc engine.
first I have too many project ahead of it, so for now it stays in the brain.
