1985 honda odyssey fl350 with no spark

Honda fl350 odyssey ok got it from a guy who couldnt get it to fire sounds simple enough right wrong started with the key switch brand new no spark then to the on/off switch disconnected it wired it up straight no switch still no spark ok got a cdi still no spark ignition coil yep no spark voltage regulator no spark new stator and magneto still no spark found all grounds checked wires grinded rust and paint off reconnected still no spark am i missing somthing here......................
