So I am in the final stretch of finishing my Tecate project, and I need to figure out something for a silencer. One idea I had was to use the universal fit fmf turbine core 2 that is currently on my ATC and then get a application correct silencer for the ATC.
Anybody ever try this or something similar?

I may be parting an extra 1986 KXT Kawasaki 250 soon. I will keep you posted if I do. And it has an aftermarket exhaust.

I have a DG silencer for a Tecate, or an FMF turbine core for a 250R if you are interested for about half price and both are in good condition. The FMF is listed in the classifieds with pictures.
