In the past, I have had a few Wiseco CR250R pistons that came pre-drilled, but lately they haven't been pre-drilled, and you have to do them yourself. So, why drill holes in your brand new piston? Well, with Wiseco pistons, if your cylinder has an exhaust bridge, as 250R's do, Wiseco recommends drilling holes in the exhaust side, in line with the exhaust bridge. This allows the fuel/air charge to pass through the holes from the underside of the piston and lubricate the bridge. I drill all of my Wiseco 250R pistons as per their instructions.
