Well...Girlfriend wants to ride and it needs to be something easy to ride and won't throw her off. My 86 200x is going back together. I was gonna do the motor up and rear suspension, but that is a whole another issue. This is how it is going back together, stock motor(runs good,but burns some oil), barnett clutch, 83/84 250r +4 durablue axle, 14/36 gearing, stock rear shock getting rebuilt, terry kit rebuilt 83/84 250r forks, 350x triples, rebuilding swingarm pivot, Rad bearing carrier, change axle hubs or wheels to put it at 49-50"(it is 52" now), put thumb throttle on(twist on it now) and it has roll design 86/87 trx250r pegs on 86 200x peg plates. In the future, it will get pro-peg nerfs, rebuilt motor(juiced up) and better rear shock(maybe converted to use 88/89 250r swingarm and suspension). Right now bike is going off the suspension guy with it nearly at how it will be(motor put back in and new swingarm bearings), so he can re-do the rear shock to match the front end that isn't stock(and far better). After I get it back from him, clutch kit is going in, wiring finished, final touches and then time to fire it up and ride it. My friend is gonna teach her how to ride, I have no patience to do it. After she is used to it, I will let her ride my atc250r and quads.
