It does work for cleaning out the fuel system but it's best to just tear the carb apart and clean it the old fashion way. Run a little through and you might see an improvement.

all the old timer mechanics i know swear by the stuff. but personally after trying it a few times i have yet to find a situation where it has wowed me. i think it worked so good back in the day because they had such crummy gas standards. like everones saying its worth a shot before you go in to clean carb.

nothing beats a paint can of chem dip, just remove anything rubber from carb before dipping and dont get it on you. my skin is tough from years of abuse but i have heard of some cases of nasty chemical burns. ive had clogged tiny hole idle jets able to see light through after one night.

Iv used it in vechicles and snowblower and other 4 stroke motors. I put it in the gas and in the crank case. Iv heard stories of people using it in two strokes and having trouble.Seizing, running lean.
