    That would be me. She couldnt feel her feet let alone walk or try and shift and find the rear brakes in riding boots so I told her to ask if it was ok to use her shoes. They said ok so I guess I am the main person for her actions.

    Last I knew this was a ama sanctioned event,,,, there rules state higher that a 8" boot.. just like ashtabula.. thats just pretty ballsy.. for someone on the ice for the first time... I dont care if they said ok or not ... dont do it again ....with studs your just askin for it.. the rule is there for your protection.
