Hi everyone, I've just been looking at a DG exhaust system for my 1982 atc250 r as a possible upgrade on the std system, are they any good and is it worth buying , the reason I ask is because the shipping alone is 260 dollars !!!

They are better than stock & if your a trailrider its all you need...I have a full DG exhaust (expansion chamber & silencer) I'd sell ya, but mine is for a second gen 83-84r... I dont know if it'll fit the 82 tho.... if anyone knows for sure they could chime in....

know for fact 81-82 silencer is different but not sure about expansion chamber. check dg website it will say 81-84 or 83-84
