not too framiliar with that model but only few things it could be. it should be too old to have cdi so points might be bad. alot of thest older bikes need battery power to make spark. check all your fuses. i would try hooking jumpercables to battery and see what happens. do not do this with car engine running cause alternator voltage can be too much for motorcycle components. if you do not get spark then i would pull off points cover, set a volt meter to ohms and test points. should show resistance when points closed or a circuit (as if you touched leads together) and no circuit when points are open. if those check out i would just ohm check coil to be sure its not defective. if everything checks out problem is in your harness somewhere
