More Power for a KLT 110

    Hello Everyone,

I'm a new registrant as of yesterday. Have been checking out the forum for a while and decided I needed to sign up and get some info if I could. I was wandering what is available for my klt 110 for engine upgrades? Are there performance cams, stroker kits, or whatever? Looking to make that little motor run stronger that it already does. It is stock right now with a standard piston. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks Again

shortline would be the one to ask. I know that there were cams, exhaust, etc for that model, but I do not know if they are still available.

    Hello

Unfortunately unless you get some other info regarding current performance upgrades for the klt 110 I think those parts are no longer made. If you find this to be the case you can still have some of the parts made depending upon your budget. If money is no object then you can contact "vintage klemm" on the internet and he can build a stroker kit and supply a custom ground cam for you. If you are on a budget then you can get a cam custom ground for around $150.00 port the cylinder head, get a custom piston high compression piston made from wiseco or je pistons get a pipe made, install a slightly larger kehin or mikuni carb and maybe cut some metal off the flywheel to reduce weight.
