I just picked up a 84yamaha 200. Not sure if its a ytm or yfm or what. I can't find the battery cable anywhere or here a new one goes to? Any help.
I also got a Honda 200big red and a 85 yamaha 225dx. There not perfect but hopefully one day

it should be on the left side underneath the fender, if it isnt, its probably bound up somewhere on the left side of the frame, if there is one at all

on a side note not all ytm 200's had electric start either, make sure you have a start it should be up on front of the motor by the front tire, and check if your handle bar kill switch has a starter button on the bottom of it. Even if the kill switch has a start button, doesn't mean there is a starter, the kill switches will swap from ytm 225 to a ytm 200 and quite a few other yamaha models of atv's
