Just testing other members theories..some say a reversed tread on a non-drive steering wheel is the way to go..

So far I don't see a huge difference either way to be honest!

Yeah they are just standard ITP steel black 4/110 12"x7" 2+5 offset rims..bolt directly on and even correct offset for front.

Then pick your tires..I went with 26x8x12 Bear Claw on the front and a pair of 26x12x12 Mud Sharks on the rear..

    Nice huh?

I just did a search for "4/110 12"x7" 2+5 offset rims" and ended up finding some really nice AMS rims for under $45 a piece.

Nice build Doug. I like the black motor and rims!

Thanks, now that I see the motor in and things start to come together I'm considering getting the brake drum, assembly, hub and forks powdered black..

That will really tie it together.

But I gotta make a limit in this project..we'll see!

FYI Doug, The throttle cable I sent you was a used one from the 86 machine , told yea it didn't have much use lol.

I assume "Corey" isn't me, since I don't recall any talk about an exhaust :P.

Anyway... the build looks nice, better than my best machine O.o.

Nothing I like more than people de-nosing parts. Much better than it sitting in a garage forever never getting to do what it's made for. I think my big rusty would receive wheels like this if I decide to keep it
