craftsman also makes a similar tool called damaged nut and bolt remover. they are a lifesaver to have around and what you need to use. i am 99% sure that is what will work for you. you may need to
it on to get it to grip just be delicste cause the aluminum around it is fragile
i would not suggest drilling it. no offense im not sure of your skill level but if you are not experienced with drilling out fasteners your only bike is not the place to start. find an old piece of junk to practice on. drilling out bolts takes a while and lots of practice to get to the point that you have something usable when you are done. especially on aluminum because if the bit walks to either side of the steel and gets near the aluminum it will go through aluminum like hot knife through butter before you notice what is going on. this is a good skill to have but practice first.
