Triz z waterpump washer thickness? Help

    Hey folks,
Anyone have a tri z water pump apart right now? Its seems i have been missing the small washer that sits behind the c clip and in the engine case to take up the play, in the pump shaft, anyone know how thick this small washer is?

I have two washers in the bag that I've written "Tri-Z W.P." on. One is for sure what you need, but I don't know for sure which goes where.
    90201-106M5 - .039" thick, .404" I.D. - .937" O.D.
    90201-08512 - .0395" thick, .3265" I.D. - .583" O.D. (I think this is the one you need)

I have an SS washer in mine. I think the last guy in the engine before me lost it, that is why I have one in the bag now, just waiting for trh next time I open it up.

Correct. The first washer in my post goes against the cover (#6). The second one is the smaller washer (#5) that goes on the inner side of the impeller.

most people lose this washer or get a bike without it there. with out it ,, it tears the washer up on the case.. and the plastic gear!

If your OEM thrust washers are not be available you can look elsewhere.

McMaster/CARR sells all thicknesses thrust washers and sizes if you need a Dc'd part.

Yep, that's why I bought both OEM. I'm not sure what the heck mine has, only that I couldn't find the small one when putting it together and used a washer from the parts bin. Whenever I get around to buying an SS impeller I'll put them in.
