both of these machines were destined to be nothing more than parts,I even tried to sell /giveaway the 86 several times. What I started with was an 86 that my brother dumped at my house because he didnt want it at his house. It was very very rough but I knew it had a perfect running engine,so I let him unload his junk on me. I found another parts machine over a year ago that had most of what I needed to make a runner but never made a deal for it and being 4 hrs away it was just hard with my schedule to travel 4 hrs for a parts machine. Fast foreward a year and was was back down there and had the room on the trailer to bring it home so we made a deal,Thanks Brapp. After bringing it home it sat on the trailer for a few weeks while I got some other projects out of the garage to make room for it. Thanks to some great friends that are very generous (all of which I met here) It was a low cost transition into a solid rider. All I ended up buying was a battery, starter solenoid, material to cover the seatand shaft boot. All in all its a solid rider and I appreciate all the help I got with it. now for some pics.
